NOTICE.

Masters of vessels and others are hereby warned

RECE RES 4 SEP 36

I. That landing on Stonecutter's Island is prohibited, unless the person is provided with a pass granted to him by the Colonial Secretary, or Officer in Command of the Troops.

II. Also, that entrance into any Battery or Fortification in the Colony is prohibited, unless the person is provided with a pass from the Officer in Command of the Troops.

III. Also, that the making of any sketch, plan, or photograph of any fortification in the Colony is prohibited, and that any person found in the vicinity of a fort with photographic or sketching apparatus in his possession is liable to arrest.
